The location was excellent. I could walk to many attractions. my room had a welcome bottle of wine and complimentary pastries. the lobby was beautiful, showcasing stylish furniture and a wide selection of books. the staff, particularly bruno, were very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning was not working properly . It made the room uncomfortably warm.

The location was amazing. it was right in the heart of the city, very convenient for exploring. the staff gave excellent service. Bruno at the reception was particularly helpful. i found a welcome pastel de nata and complimentary coffee upon arrival, a kind touch.
soundproofing could be better, i heard noises from the corridor at times.

breakfast offered a large variety and things were well presented. the food tasted amazing. breakfast at the sister hotel was a highlight and made for a perfect start to the day.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. receptionists gave detailed advice and booked tours upon request. they arranged private transport and tickets for cultural events and nothing was too much trouble.

the hotel is in the heart of the city. this allows easy access to many attractions. top dining spots and shopping areas are just a short walk away and that was really convenient.

The hotel location was excellent for exploring the city. The team kept the complimentary coffee bar stacked with pastries. They also provided a bottle of portugese red wine. I found this attention to details quite commendable.
The room was smaller than anticipated. I booked a room with a view and the view was the wall of another building. I think that the room was overpriced

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday. Free unlimited coffee and cookies were available in the lobby.
The walls were quite thin. I could hear a lot more than I wanted. The bathroom seemed small and not very clean.

The noise was intrusive beginning early and continuing throughout the day. air conditioning was also a significant issue. It was not consistently available. A fan was provided, but this was an inadequate solution given the warm conditions. I expect a hotel of this standard to have consistent climate control.
